If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we offer you the following options:

     1)  Return & refund: possible to apply within the first 14 days from the receipt of your order. We will refund you for the full amount paid, except the shipping fees.

     2)  Return & exchange: possible to apply within the first 30 days from the receipt of your order. We can exchange a product with a different product of the same value or more available in our offer and stock, per your preference. Any amount differences will be settled by an extra payment.

     To return one or more of the ordered products, go to “MY ACCOUNT > MY ORDERS” section, select your order details and check from the list which products you would like to return and the afferent quantity. Submit this list by pressing the “Request a Return” button and we will receive a notification regarding your intention of returning. Please note that the check boxes on the ordered products list are available only for the first 30 days, the maximum return time limit.

     The returned products must be in their original package, with all their accessories and without presenting any signs of damage or wear.

     Returning the ordered product(s) is done at the expense of the buyer and using only our agrees shipping carriers (DPD, GLS, TNT, DHL).

     Once we receive and inspect your returned product(s), we will issue a refund for the full amount of the original purchase price in the same payment method as used when placing your order or we will do the exchange with other products you may opted for. You will be notified by email once your return is processed.

     We reserve the right to refuse return, refund and/or exchange for any product that doesn’t comply with the above-mentioned requirements.
