Shipping costs are calculated on a combined basis of weight, volume, transit speed and destination. Some orders are shipped in multiple parcels. We do not add additional fees to your order if we ship in multiple parcels.
Free shipping: currently we offer free shipping for orders over 500 euro with delivery to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom.
Once the parcel is sent out from our warehouse, we will email a shipment confirmation including the parcel tracking number and link for checking the shipment status. You can also see your order status and tracking number from “MY ACCOUNT > MY ORDERS” area.
Please make sure you provide correct and complete delivery information (name, address, telephone number). If an order is refused or returned to us due to inaccurate or incorrect address information or because it was declined or undeliverable, CINELIGHT reserves the right to retain the original shipping/handling fee and to charge an additional 39 euros payment used for costs we incur related to the return of the undeliverable packages or merchandise to us.
Although we do our best to optimize the packing and shipping time frame in order to meet the expected delivery terms for your order, once the parcel leaves our warehouse, we are out of control over the shipping process.
We cannot be held responsible for any delays that may occur during parcel’s transit.The ordered goods shall be at your risk from the time of delivery. You (and/or any other person taking possession of the goods on your behalf) shall be responsible to inspect the conditions and quantity of the goods, upon delivery. The acceptance of the goods at the delivery point shall be deemed to be a confirmation of the condition of the goods and of your acceptance of the goods at such condition.
If upon delivery the package arrives with noticeable damages of the box or if the package shows signs of opening please report this to the delivery agent and check the content of the package. Any visible damages on the outer packages should be reported to the delivery agent / shipping company and also to us accompanied by photos showing the damages. Failure to report on the delivery agent which should mark this observation in his delivery report will void the right to claim the shipping insurance.
Please note that all deliveries to countries outside European Union are subject to import duties, taxes and fees which are not included in the item price and shipping cost paid at the time of placing the order. For these fees, please refer to your country regulations.
