The large studio grip head for "Junior" and "Combo" light stand has a sturdy die cast aluminum alloy body and features a grip head attached to a junior 28 mm stud and receiver.
The grip head's aluminum friction pad with toothed surface ensures a firmly grip and a precise position.
Different sized V-shaped jaws can support any type of accessories like gobo arms, large scrims, flags, butterflies, cutters etc with 5/8" or 3/8" mounting studs or tubing.
The grip head jaws have the following diameters: 11 mm / 14 mm / 17 mm / 23 mm.
The teeth of the jaws securely grip the accessory that is mounted between the two plates.
The over-sized handle can be easily operated even with protective gloves to firmly tighten the grip head's plates.
On the 28mm (1-1/8") receiver a large lighting fixture with a 28 mm junior pin can be mounted on the same stand.
The Junior Grip Head is designed to be mounted on most of the Junior and Combo Stands.

Sturdy
Being an active grip buy I can honestly say that this junior grip is very well build & finished.
Very good value price / quality. Could say I find similar quality to more "bigger boys" brands.
