     All products sold through CINELIGHT.com are under warranty for the specified period on the product’s overview page.

     Warranty provides coverage for manufacturing defects only, and expressly excludes coverage for accidents, physical abuse, excessive use, loss and theft.

     If you need to return a product for warranty, please contact our dedicated department through the Contact Us page.

     In order to eliminate improper use factor, our engineers might ask you to make some checks to correctly determine the nature of the problem. Whenever possible and accepted, we can supply you the needed replacement parts to fix the problem, therefore reducing the amount of time the product can not be used and also eliminating the associated shipping expenses.

     In the event you must return the product(s) to our warranty department, please ensure a properly packing for a safe transportation, include a description of the encountered problem and returning guidelines, and send it to our warehouse address below:

     Please notice that returning a product for warranty is done by your expense and only through our agreed couriers. We can also offer a pick-up service by DPD for you to ship the product(s) for a surcharge which can be communicated by contacting our warranty department  (service available only for European Union countries. The repaired/replaced product will be sent back at our expense.

     The usual time frame for repairing/replacing a product under warranty is 3-5 days after receiving into our department. In some situations, this period may extend up to 20 days, in case additional spare part(s) are not immediatly available must be supplied from factory. Should this expected period exceeds the 20 days term, the defective product will automatically be replaced with a new identical one, or one with similar or upgraded properties if the returned product is no longer part of our offer.

     Returning the repaired/replaced product to you is done by our expense. However, if the product returned for guarantee is proved to be working properly, according to its technical specifications, the total shipping cost (back and forth) will be entirely supported by you.


POST WARRANTY SERVICE

     To ensure a proper functioning of your purchased products from CINELIGHT, we also offer a post warranty service and support you can rely on.

     For most of our products, we keep a stock of spare parts to provide them when needed. If the problem can not be remotely fixed, the faulty product can be sent to our service department and our technicians will take care of the faulty unit.

     We will try our best to offer our clients solutions to each problem, as long as it falls within our competence.
