This navy blue sand bag quickly wraps around and secures the base of a light stand in order to prevent heavy top loads from falling, therefore creating a safe working environment. A must have accessory for any filming crew, this wrap sandbag can also be used as a counterweight for boom arms.

Not a BoaBag
I thought I would get something like a BoaBag. But unfortunately it's nothing like that. The bag is really big, and you have to fill them with sand or shot by yourself. The zipper for that is just a single zipper so you'll need another bag inside the sandbag to prevent leaking of the sand.
For a boom arm it may work, but I would say only with iron shot in it, which is pretty expensive.

Practical
I find this design of sand bag to be pretty practical for hooking to a boom arm end or around the central post of a stand.
Not sure how much would they last on tear but so far so good.
