The jaws are made of die casting aluminum making it sturdy and lightweight while the threaded shaft with 16mm spigot is made of steel for improved strength.
The jaws are rubber padded to protect the surface and avoid slipping.
Spigot pin 16 mm on the bottom end to attach lights or other compatible accessories.
Spigot nozzle with textured anti-rotation surface.
Grooved design on the threaded shaft to keep the orientation of both jaws in the same direction all the way.

La Cinelight Vise Clamp con pernio da 16 mm, in misura media, è uno di quegli accessori che appena li prendi in mano ti trasmettono subito solidità e affidabilità. Strutturalmente è solida come un carro armato, costruita con materiali robusti e finiture precise, degna dei prodotti di fascia alta.
La uso per fissare luci e accessori su superfici di ogni tipo, e fa il suo lavoro in modo egregio. La presa è salda, non slitta, e il pernio da 16 mm integrato permette di montare direttamente qualsiasi accessorio standard senza bisogno di adattatori. Non ha nulla da invidiare ai prodotti di marchi più blasonati, e lo dico con convinzione dopo averne usati diversi.
Ogni volta che la uso sul set, i colleghi mi chiedono dove l’abbia comprata e rimangono sbalorditi dal prezzo, perché per quello che offre è davvero una sorpresa positiva. È diventata subito una delle morse più usate nel mio kit: versatile, stabile, precisa.
